UserZoom is a a multi national user experience software and service company. The challenge was to reposition the brand as the world’s most complete UX research solution.

The work completed for Userzoom included wholesale refresh of brand and digital to breath wisdom and warmth into the leading UX insights platform. 

Bound together by an infectious belief that startups can change the world, Google Campus is a representation of so much more than just any other co-working community.

Campus is a brand that captures the spirit of startup, for a global network of co-working spaces. With over 200,000 members, and located in some of the world’s most vibrant cities, Campus provides space for founders and their teams to grow and develop their business ideas.

Bound together by an infectious belief that startups can change the world, Campus represents so much more than just another co-working community.

Meet Zooie.
Research revealed the existing brand and owl mascot (affectionately known as “Zooie”) were not meeting the expectations of their customers — and were in fact negatively impacting their position in the market. So Zooie got a facelift.

A premium DIY startup spirit
The brand’s personality is a reflection of Campus’ vibrant international community of entrepreneurs. The result is an identity that feels bold, eclectic, energetic, and positive.

Seeking, sorting and organising.
A lively and approachable set of ambiguous shapes represent the sorting and organising of research answers to reveal the true insights. Colours are split into cold and warm hues that directly reflect the positive and negative user experiences.

A friendly face.
The core typeface Recoleta, was chosen to accompany the brand mascot Zooie, and provide a friendly and familiar feel to the brand.

As part of my initial work, I explored how the brand could begin to come to life through a set of key pages.

A united system of illustration
In order to perform across over 600 pages, an extensive set of illustrations were created that could cascade from features down to icons. The progressive detailing of elements created a united set, bound together through simple and playful geometric forms.
